Sex and relationships are part of your health. You can talk to us about anything that affects your sexual wellbeing, in confidence and without judgement.
Introduction
Our health advisers and psychologists offer support and talking therapy. Ask any member of the team about a referral at your visit.
What we can help with
- Worries about sex or your sexual health
- Problems with desire, arousal, erections or orgasm
- Pain during sex
- Relationship concerns

Chemsex support
If you use drugs during sex and it affects your health, your work or your relationships, we can help. Talk to us in confidence.
After a sexual assault
You can get care and support from a sexual assault referral centre (SARC), whether or not you report to the police. We can help you get there. If you are in danger now, call 999.
Talking therapy
Talking therapy gives you time and space to explore what worries you. Sessions are with a trained psychologist or counsellor. You can talk about your feelings, your body, your relationships and your past experiences.
You decide what you want to share. What you say stays private, except in rare cases where someone is at risk of serious harm.
To find out what is available at your clinic, ask any member of the team. You do not need to know exactly what you need before you ask.
